Returns and Exchange Policy
We have 14 days return policy, where buyers pay for the return shipment, and £30 shipping free will be deducted unless the product is faulty, in which case we will get the product collected from the buyer. In either case, return will only be accepted if the product is in its original packaging and came back to us in the same condition as was sent to the buyer. Once we have received the product back, we will issue a full refund which will show in buyer’s bank account in 3 to 5 days or we will dispatch a replacement the next day.
It’s okay to change your mind. We will exchange any product within 14 days of the purchase given that it hasn’t been used and shipped back to us in the original packaging and condition. Buyer will pay shipment for both return and exchanged product.
We offer free shipping to UK MAINLAND only. Worldwide shipping is available at an extra cost.
Shipping for Scooters with Lithium batteries are only available for European countries.
Viper Scooters Ltd retains the right to cancel and refund an order if shipping is not available for the destination or the items.
All our scooters come with 1-year parts warranty, not including parts subject to wear and tear such as tyres, brakes, seats etc.
Batteries are only covered for 6 months and chargers for 3 months.
Please ask us if you need extended warranties.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our warranty is only for parts; any repair costs are not covered. Our aim is to put instructional videos on our website for repairs and maintenance and we would happily provide any information over the phone or the emails. We may replace warranty parts free of charge at our work shop but it will be customer’s responsibility to bring the scooter to us and get it collected. This parts replacement will also be subject to availability of our engineers and will have to be booked in and won’t be done on while you wait basis.
